It is hard to believe that it has been four years since I took over Smugglers Creek Inn. Although the business has gone from strength to strength, but it was opened during a difficult economic time and I wouldn’t have managed without the continuous support from my staff and customers. So, a big “thank you” to all of you who helped to make Smugglers Creek Inn one of best destination restaurant in Donegal. I have great plans for the future, including the long-awaited new conservatory dining area which will seat over 50 people and the completion of renovation of all the bedrooms in Spring 2014.
